About Sandra Malone

Bowen Therapist in Bath and Bristol

Sandra Malone is a member of the FHT

Sandra is a fully qualified Bowen Therapist who trained and qualified in 2009 with the European College of Bowen Studies.  She is also qualified in Anatomy and Physiology. Sandra is expert in many fields and specialises in back pain, having a wealth of experience in this field.

Having been introduced to Bowen through reading Janey Lee Grace’s book titled ‘Naturally Imperfect Woman’ Sandra developed a great interest researching others beneficial experiences. This interest soon turned into a passion, with further research not only into the history of Bowen, but also its future. Having originally suggested and demonstrating the benefits of Bowen on loved ones, Sandra continued to ensure many others benefited from Bowen, and has continued to enjoy, and been personally fulfilled with the results that Bowen can offer to people discovering this treatment, and the benefits it has brought them.

Sandra has given talks on The Bowen Technique, and is continuously updating her knowledge and skills through additional courses and workshops with the latest developments and techniques. She is happy to advise you and answer any questions you may have either via email or phone.

Sandra has completed a 'Fascia Bowen' course, and these additional techniques can be offered to those suffering with Parkinson's Disease, Lymphoedema, and Fibromyalgia.

Fascia Bowen was developed by Howard Plummer after treating children with developmental and congenital disorders. An even lighter touch seems to work very well for children with Aspergers, Autism, Cerebral Palsy, and also for adults who have suffered a stroke or brain injury.

Parents have reported changes such as improved concentration, loss of obsessive behaviour, healthier sleep patterns, reduced anger tantrums and better eye contact.
